negotiate prices, prepare budgets, supervise of provision of services, we can provide service of
experienced lecturers and trainers from Poland and from abroad.
Organisation and supervision of incentive travels and team building in relation to
group diagnostic packages (analysis of work organisation, communication, and interpersonal
relations, involvement into teamwork based on the „Oceanus” programme.
Making reservations for group air travels as per specially negotiated tariffs,
making hotel reservations based on international hotel programme (Global Alliance Hotel Programme),
transfers.
Consulting – advisory in group business and holiday travels, preparation of the
initial travel plans and preparations of timetables of the activities, preparations of budgets,
running the archives of finished events.
Promotion of business and holiday travels offers in cooperation with appropriate
specialists, distribution of current information about the conferences and congresses, assistance
in promotion of Client’s offer during the events.
Marketing support of conferences – we are able to provide the e-mail notification
of your Client’s about the conference, the information could be supported with address details
together with description and pictures of the venue and surrounding countryside.
Carlson Wagonlit Travel offer contains complete supervision of events as per
received requirements:
preparation of the initial budget, for further approval of Client;
taking into consideration of the purpose of the meeting, specific problems to be discussed and
type of participants, we are suggesting the venue for the event in the region in Poland selected by
you or abroad;
we provide graphic emblems in the form of banner located in the main conference room,
billboards or welcome flags at the venue area, also the information boards for the working
groups;
we can assist in creation of the Information Office, which can coordinate work on preparation
of announcements before the event, accepting reservation from potential participants, or
distributing the confirmations to participants;
we can provide music and entertainment arrangements for the events, We can provide sound,
illumination systems and qualified personnel to operate it;
we are providing assistance of experienced trainers, instructors, pilots, and translators as
well as the full insurance coverage as per Client’s requirements;
we will assist in daily running of the Conference Support Office, which will be supervising the
appropriate functioning of the event;
we are willing to assist you in satisfying of the additional requirements e.g. preparation of
the conference handouts, travel plans etc.;
we guarantee the full involvement of our staff in the programme implementation and realisation,
